English Teacher & Curriculum Developer

Tep Sokly

My name is Sokly Tep, and I grew up in a poor village in Cambodia.

There are five family members, and I am the second child. Although my parents are poor and have less education, they never gave up on their children’s studying.

My parents registered me as an Anjali House student in 2014, and they supported me with school materials and education. And I even volunteered here as an English teacher in 2014.

Not to burden my parents, I decided to apply for a job at REACH. Here, I have been given a great opportunity to work as an English Teacher. Being a teacher is my dream job, I can share my education with my juniors and develop myself while studying bachelor’s degree in teaching English as a Foreign Language.

My goal is to persuade children to love studying and never give up on their studies.
