At REACH, we firmly believe that collaboration is key to maximising the impact that we have within the local community.
We value our relationships with trusted partners, advocates and supporters to ensure long-term sustainability of our programs. Each year we search for generous corporate/individual partners to step up as our annual Match Grant Heroes. It is thanks to their generous donations into our Matching pool that each year we are able to raise substantial funds to support our poverty-alleviating programs.

In Loving Memory of Philip Gobeil
Philip Gobeil, born and raised on a farm in Rural Saskatchewan, Canada, overcame a challenging childhood marked by poverty and lack of formal education.
The 4th of 8 children, he began working on the family farm at a young age, eventually becoming skilled in auto bodywork and metalwork. Despite leaving school in 8th grade to help his family, Philip showed a natural aptitude for math and art.

Known for his quiet and reserved demeanor, he never married or had children, focusing instead on supporting his family and pursuing his passion for metalworking. In his later years, Philip retired early to care for his father and devoted his time to repairing and creating metal objects.
Determined to make a difference, he left his estate to charity, specifically to help underprivileged children access education—a cause close to his heart due to his own educational struggles. Described as kind and inventive, Philip’s legacy shines through his generosity and commitment to empowering others through education.

The Moynihan Family is an Irish family living in The Netherlands, with Maurice Moynihan being a proud member of the REACH Advisory board. Having completed his postgrad in IT, he has since worked in the area of Intellectual Property for over 20 years. He is regarded as an expert in the patenting of FinTech, giving training and workshops around the world.
