My name is San Makara, and I was born in Chikraeng District. I live with my parents and three siblings.
I started learning English at an NGO when I was in grade 3. I love studying English and I always research dictionaries and read English books.
After graduating from high school, I did an internship at REACH. I loved the experience, and I enjoyed spending time with the children. I also had the opportunity to study English, computers, and leadership at JWOC. I was so excited to study there because everything was great, and everyone was so friendly.
After I completed my internship, I was allowed to work at REACH as a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant. I’m excited to work with an NGO again and I’m thrilled to be working with the REACH team. Everyone is friendly and has good communication skills. And the children here are so lovely, and brave.
