However, for the families we support in Siem Reap, access to this basic necessity remains a daily, uphill battle. Our commitment to water security begins with educating the next generation.
For many young people around the world, access to education is a fundamental right. But in Cambodia, especially for students from less privileged backgrounds, reaching the end of high school is not guaranteed—it is an absolute milestone, a testament to years of immense hard work, commitment, and family sacrifice. REACH works alongside all of our youth to provide the best opportunities and comprehensive academic and emotional support necessary, which is why we are proud to introduce our Junior Employee Graduate Scheme!
Traditionally, literacy means the ability to read and write in one language, but at REACH, our students aim higher.
