Help Borith and 22 of our students REACH their fundraising target as they cycle 200kms in 2 days!

Hi everyone, I have some very exciting news to tell you... I first joined REACH in 2020 to manage the REACH Riders program, and I have been working there for over a year. In this role, I trained REACH youths for five months in preparation for the Side by Side 2021 event.

Every day, I lead small groups of our 30 teenagers, taking them on training rides around the countryside, through the temples, and on jungle trails so they would have the ability to complete the 200kms ride in 2 days. It was an excellent opportunity to share my cycling passion with the youth, and it provided them with daily exercise and promoted good mental wellbeing during the prolonged school closures. Moreover, the youth were proud to join the Side by Side event and raise funds to support their community.

I am joining the second Side by Side ride in 2022! Together with the REACH Riders, I am reaching out to my beloved friends to see who is willing to support the local community by helping us hit our fundraising target. The funds raised from the event will enable REACH's program to continue operating throughout 2022 and give over 200 children the necessary tools to break the poverty cycle.
