Hey there everyone, I would love to share with you some very exciting news.

A few months ago, most of you would already know that I decided to move back to Cambodia. My favourite place in the whole world, full of the happiest and most generous people, the tastiest food and many opportunities to make a difference. This time coming back, I started working for an amazing NGO called REACH. I already knew and was good friends with the founding director of the organisation and when she asked if I wanted to be part of the REACH team, it was an offer I simply couldn't refuse.

REACH's mission is to provide integrated programs for impoverished Cambodian children, so that in time they can become change makers within their community. Preparing the children of today with life-skills to gain fair employment, and to break longstanding cycles of poverty within their family.

I believe in REACH's mission, love all of REACH's values and honestly believe that their vision will be possible in the future. This now brings me to the 200km side by side cycling event which I will be completing over two days in January 2022.

Everyone who knows me, knows how much I hate riding bikes. The seats were never made for my butt and I am not made for exercise. Nevertheless I am so excited to take part in this challenge and feel lucky enough to be able to complete it with the REACH riders as I know the difference that it can make for these students and their families.

When I was first asked about the side-by-side event, I honestly did not think I could do it, which is why I am determined more than ever to REACH that finish line and have already started training to get my butt into gear. It would mean the world to me, the students and families who are part of REACH if you would please share the page, donate to a good cause and support me in this challenge to help make a difference in breaking the cycle of poverty one pedal at a time.
